About United Storage - Freedom Center
United Storage on Freedom Center covers the basics and then some for New Bern rig owners: drive-up units, climate controlled space, and boat and RV storage. The lot is gated and has cameras. Access is available around the clock for tenants. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place stays and how much they trust the security. One person with 20 years of military moves said it tops their list, and another mentioned an upgraded entry gate. Several reviews name Buddy for staying in touch and working with people on what they need. Staff get called helpful over and over. The call center answers phones 24/7, so you can reserve a unit or ask questions any hour. You can also rent or pay online. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and dollies and carts are on hand. If you want specifics on unit sizes, call and ask.
