About University Self Storage
University Self Storage sits in Monticello, Arkansas, and takes on RVs and boats along with regular self-storage. It's a small operation with a 3.7-star average across 20 Google reviews, so the feedback is mixed rather than unanimous. Reviewers who liked it point to the people and the price. One called the staff fantastic, and others described the crew as nice with low rates and clean grounds. That's the bulk of the positive comments, and they come from renters who were happy with the basics. Not every review lands that way. A few are blunt, and one person openly wondered why the rating sat as low as it did, which tells you the experience isn't the same for everyone. Hours are posted but the lot isn't open around the clock. If you're comparing spots for a rig in this part of southeast Arkansas, the reviews are worth a read before you commit.
