About Whitehorse Self Storage
Whitehorse Self Storage has been on the Phoenixville scene since 2000, run by a veteran and family-owned crew. RVs, boats and autos park here alongside household goods, and every unit sits on the ground floor. Drive-up spots make backing a rig in easier, and there are climate-controlled spaces if you want your rig out of the weather. Access is round the clock, and the rate you sign is guaranteed for a year. Reviewers tend to bring up cost and staff. One called the prices the best around and liked the 24-hour access and the two big carts kept on hand for moving things. Another said the climate-controlled units came at a great price with easy access and solid security. A few mention thorough policy explanations and online bill pay. Not every review is glowing. One person who stored a car over the winter found rodent damage to the wiring afterward and said the owner pointed to personal responsibility for property. Worth knowing before you park something long term.
