About Willie Pete RV Storage
A 2.3-acre lot in Lancaster set up for RVs, boats, flat trailers and trucks under 40 feet. It sits in a quiet ranching community outside the city, so you get some distance from traffic and neighbors. The whole property is enclosed by a 6-foot chain link fence with a gated 20-foot sliding entrance. Access is on an unpaved, fairly flat dirt road, and the lot has room for vehicles of various sizes. The owner doesn't live on site but stays less than a mile away for quick help, and the lot gets checked periodically for safety. Reviewers have been happy with it, and the 5.0 rating comes from four reviews. People mention how easy the process was and how well the owner communicated, with one calling him easy to communicate with. Someone else noted there is lots of space. Short version: plain dirt, a real gate, and an owner who answers.
