About Xtra Room Self Storage LLC
RV owners passing through Sanford have a solid option at Xtra Room Self Storage. The place sits on a fenced lot with enough open space to pull a trailer between buildings and turn around without white-knuckling it, according to one reviewer who had no trouble with an enclosed trailer. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean it is and how safe it feels. One person used it twice between moves and called it very clean, safe, and convenient. Another put it simply: cleanest, safest, cheapest place to store anything. The 4.7-star rating across 12 reviews backs that up. Indoor units are mentioned, and the facility also handles boat storage, so you can tuck your rig inside or park it on the lot. The owner describes the place as clean, secure, and affordable, and that matches what people write. If you want specifics on unit sizes or availability, give them a call.
