About 1-800-Self-Storage.com of Novi/Wixom
For RV owners around Novi, this self-storage spot offers gated outdoor parking. Reviewers mention leaving boats and cars there, and the lot is fully fenced. Access hours are set, so it's not open 24/7, but that doesn't bother most people who've reviewed it. The staff gets consistent praise. Marie, David, and Noah are named in reviews for being helpful and checking in on customers. One boater has parked for four seasons and calls the manager accommodating when spots needed to change. Others note small perks like water and ice cream during visits. Not every review is positive. A few people complain about rate increases and a deposit that wasn't refunded after they cleaned their unit. Another had a billing mix-up after a long trip abroad. The rating sits at 4.1 from 36 reviews, so read a few before you commit.
