About 10 Federal Storage
A self-storage spot in Winston-Salem with covered and outdoor parking, a gate, cameras and 24/7 access. The office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8am, and the site lists drive-up units plus climate control among its options. Reviewers often bring up the staff, and several call the rental process easy. A few mention their unit was smaller than expected, so measure your rig before you pick a size. Online deals come up, and one reviewer liked that the first month was prorated without asking. Not every review is glowing. One person could not reach anyone by phone, and another reported a break-in with no help filing a claim. Others mention late fees. Read the recent reviews yourself before you commit.

“10 FEDERAL STORAGE IS THE BEST PLACE TO STORE YOUR ITEMS!! Highly recommend them!!!! Automation is cool but they are their “live” for you as well!!!! I believe it was two years. I moved my items in and sorta forgot about them.” – Elsie P., 2 years ago, on Google
“Great price if you can catch one of their online deals at the right time… easy rental process! Especially appreciated their attentiveness to our unit when our lock was discovered to be off of our unit.” – Jennifer S., Edited 7 months ago, on Google
“It was easy everything was great getting my codes getting into the unit. The only problem is it keeps texting me saying pickup where you left off, but I already rented my unit and started storing stuff” – Carla S., 5 months ago, on Google
