The base is compacted and there is plenty of room to swing a rig around, which matters if you are backing a long trailer in off Business Loop 181. The lot is fully fenced and the gate locks after hours. Access is set up so you can get in and out on your own schedule the rest of the time. They take campers, boats, trailers and similar rigs on a month-to-month basis, and South San Antonio is a short run down the road. Parking runs along the southern fence, designated spots only. If something is not clear before you commit, ask. It is a straightforward setup rather than a fancy one.
