About 1MA RV Park Farm Park & Leasing
This is an outdoor RV parking spot on the edge of Carlsbad, away from the city traffic. Reviewers who liked it talk about the quiet and the space between rigs, saying it does not feel crowded. The lots are large with a pebble pad on the ground to keep mud off the motorhome. Wifi and pets come up in reviews too. Others push back hard. Several say there is no sewer hookup and that tanks get pumped instead. One mentions needing a long water hose. A few reviews call the pricing high for the area and complain about deposits and lease paperwork. One describes trucks and dust on the property. Ratings sit at 3.4 from 18 reviews, so opinions split. Read the recent ones and look at the site before you commit. It is listed as an RV park, a parking lot and a storage facility, so ask what your spot actually includes.
