About 24 Hour Storage Ocean Springs
This self-storage spot on the Mississippi Gulf Coast keeps its gates open 24/7. It's not just for household goods; they also park boats and RVs, and there's climate control for the indoor units. The place doubles as a U-Haul rental site, so you can grab a truck or trailer when you need one. Reviews often mention the staff. People call them helpful and kind, and one reviewer said a worker even suggested picking up the auto transport separately, which made the move easier. Others thank Melissa by name for being consistently on top of things. A few reviewers have complained about the office cleanliness and a stray cat, and one said the climate control wasn't keeping up with the heat. Another flagged an unexpected insurance charge on a U-Haul rental. For RV owners, the main draw is the 24-hour access and the fact that boats and RVs are stored here alongside regular units. If you're comparing spots in Ocean Springs, this one has a 4.3-star average from 64 reviews, with the staff getting most of the praise.

“This facility, much like the one located at Woodmen/I-25 in Colo. Spgs., CO, is the best of America. The employees are hard workers who seem to have maintained their civic sensibilities. Kudos to corporate HR. Melissa is beyond phenomenal.” – Jay C., 5 years ago, on Google
