About A-1 Affordable Storage
A-1 Affordable Storage sits on Scott Lake Road in Waterford Township, and it handles more than boxes. Outdoor space covers RVs, boats, cars, trucks and trailers, and the larger indoor units keep a vehicle out of the weather. You can drive right up to your unit to unload, and access runs 24 hours a day. Reviewers land at 4.5 stars across 36 reviews, and staff come up most often. People describe the office crew as friendly and funny, and one long-term tenant of about 12 years calls the manager professional and says he takes care of you. Another customer since 2020 mentions being helped with a late fee when a check arrived after the due date. The flip side shows up too. One reviewer calls the manager abrasive, and another was unhappy about a lock placed on a unit over a late payment. Rates are described as competitive for the area.
