About Access Self Storage And Truck Rental
Access Self Storage sits on Ferguson Road in East Dallas, and it covers more than lockers. There is outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and vehicles, and covered storage shows up too. The gate is controlled and cameras watch the property. Access hours run 6 AM to 9 PM daily, which helps when you are loading or unloading. Reviews are mixed, but certain things come up. A reviewer who needed outside storage in a hurry said management was responsive and accommodating, and liked being able to check on the vehicle remotely by camera. Another praised a U-Haul rental and dollies, calling check-in fast. The office staff get kind words. Others found the units pricey for the size and the processing fee high, and one review of the Buckner location describes billing trouble. Extras include climate and temperature controlled units, drive-up access, moving supplies, online bill pay, and truck rental. The team has served the DFW area for over 40 years.

“Real nice couple that works in office. Gonna hate to c them lv. Place is a little to expensive for units size. But hours fits my schedule. Hope I won’t be here but a couple months. Even processing fee is double from other storage places.” – Richard S., 4 years ago, on Google
