About Acorn Mini Storage
Acorn Mini Storage is a locally owned and managed self-storage spot in Inver Grove Heights. Reviewers keep mentioning the same things: clean units, clean facilities, and staff who are easy to work with. One person said the leasing agent helped them pick the right size and walked through the month-to-month terms. Outside storage is set up so vehicles go in and out without a fight, and each building has lighting and an electrical outlet. There are cameras and push button access. Carts and dollies are on hand for big items, and one reviewer said the elevator was never out. A few people mention free use of a U-Haul truck with a rental, mileage and gas on you. Not everything is glowing. One reviewer got locked outside the gates for 45 minutes in cold weather and was unhappy with how staff handled it. Others mention rent increases and a miscommunication over a quoted deal. Hours apply, so it isn't a 24/7 property.

“This wonderful place has multiple cameras and push button access and regress. For outside storage, the buildings are placed in such a way that they're real. Easy to get a vehicle into and out of if that's your hobby.” – Donald C., a year ago, on Google
“First time renting a storage unit due to having to sell my current home and rent a one level apartment due to recent medical issues.” – Wayne W., 4 months ago, on Google
“This is a nice location. The only issue I have had so far is miscommunication. I think if you have an employee that gives a person a "deal", it's not the customer's fault that he didn't know or he made a mistake.” – Lecore G., 3 years ago, on Google
