About Affordable Storage Guys Jefferson City

This is the Affordable Storage Guys location on E Hwy 11E in Jefferson City, about three miles from Carson Newman. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name, and the theme is consistent: polite, patient, quick to follow through. One customer moving from Indiana called the communication professional. Another said the rep listened to her vent even though she didn't have to. The property is fully fenced with electronic gate entry and cameras, and you get 24-hour access with your own code. Units are ground level, and the new building added climate-controlled space alongside non-climate units. Reviewers mention clean units and clean lots, a provided lock, and prices that felt fair. A few describe the gate code system as a plus compared to a phone app. For RVs, indoor storage sits just up the road at the Jeff City RV location. Boat parking is also available. One reviewer had trouble finding the place due to a Google Maps glitch, so note they're next to the Frozen Penguin. Office hours by phone run Saturdays, 10AM to 2PM.
