About Alderbrook Estates dba Alderbrook Mobile Home & RV Park
Alderbrook Estates is an RV park and mobile home community in Tumwater, Washington. Reviewers mention full hookups, a laundry room, and showers. One person who stayed six months said the owner was transparent and easy to work with when they needed a space on short notice. The park sits close to Fred Meyer, Walmart, and Home Depot, yet several reviews call it quiet and clean. A former resident remembered neighbors watching out for each other and management keeping the park safe. Others say the managers are helpful and kind. Not every review is positive. A few describe being stopped and questioned by management while walking or driving through the park. In short, people who live there seem to value the tight ship.
