Some praise the staff, especially Mona and Gail, for being helpful and upfront. Others complain about pricing and fees, with several mentioning unexpected charges. A few describe vehicle condition issues, like ripped seats, and one reviewer had a dangerous experience on the road. The overall Google rating is 2.1 from 14 reviews.
