About American Self Storage Lakehurst
American Self Storage sits on S Union Avenue near Horicon Lake, just off NJ-70, which puts it within easy reach of Lakehurst, Manchester Township and Toms River. You get drive-up units, climate-controlled units and vehicle storage here, plus moving carts and a cargo elevator so you aren't hauling boxes up stairs. There's also a moving supply store on site and online payments. Reviews tend to circle back to the staff. Chuck and John come up by name, and one reviewer mentioned John offered to put the lock on a new unit while a daughter waited in the car. Others describe quick signups and clean units, and the climate-controlled building gets called out. With 93 reviews at 4.8 stars, the front desk is clearly doing something right. The location is mentioned as handy, and one reviewer switched over after watching costs climb at another nearby company. Call ahead to confirm hours before you drive over.
