About Arch City Storage of Delaware
Outdoor RV, boat, and auto storage sits on US Highway 42 in Delaware. The lot is paved rather than gravel, and reviewers mention the lanes are wide enough to move a rig around. A gate controls access, and one reviewer called after arriving and was let in to look at a spot before renting. The rating sits at 4.2 from 79 Google reviews. Recent reviews credit the on-site manager for keeping the property clean and maintained, and several people describe the rental process as easy to work with. A few note a first-month promotion and easy online payments. Not every review is positive. One customer says a cancellation request went unaddressed for months, and another had to call several times after signing electronically to get a unit number and gate code. Another mentions a door latch that would not fully close. Most complaints date to earlier management, and the current crew gets steadier feedback.

“Very respectful nice storage! little hard to find the storage unit past the property management who takes care of the grounds who was doing yard work.” – chase s., a year ago, on Google
“Facilities are nice for a storage unit and we’ve used a lot with our home staging business and various moves. Initially when I signed this was under a different management company and it was hard to get ahold of someone.” – Grace M., 3 months ago, on Google
“Reserving a storage unit was easy. After I signed my paperwork electronically, I never received a follow up email with my unit number, gate code or other instructions. I had to make multiple phone calls to get the details for my unit.” – Tim M., a year ago, on Google
