About Aspen Heights Storage
Aspen Heights Storage sits in Spirit Lake and takes boats, trailers and RVs alongside regular self-storage. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: the place is clean, and the staff are easy to deal with. One person stored a pontoon and a car here during a family trip to Okoboji and said the communication never let up. Access runs through a front gate with personalized codes, and units have electric lift doors with exterior keypads plus vehicle remote openers. Motion-activated lights come on inside, LED lighting covers the grounds, and 24/7 HD cameras watch the property. Reviewers mention the keypad entrance, the cameras and the lighting by name, and one noted trailer access was easy. Climate controlled units have in-floor heat, air conditioning and dehumidification for Iowa winters and summers. Every unit includes electrical outlets at no extra charge. Online account management is available, and tours are by appointment.
