About ASPEN STORAGE / MASTEY ENTERPRISES
Aspen Storage sits outside Sauk Rapids, on the quiet side of town. Reviewers describe it as low key, without a security gate or set hours. Access is 24/7, which one regular renter says lets him stop by daily for work equipment. Units run large, with a ceiling around 18 feet tall in one review. The place is locally owned, and several comments mention dealing straight with Patrick. One family has stored campers and now a motorhome there since 2005 and calls him accommodating and fair. Others aren't as kind: a few reviews describe cut locks, a break-in, and a deposit still missing after two months. One person counted only a single camera. Ratings land at 3.5 stars across 21 reviews, so read a few before you commit. If you want easy access and tall bays, it's worth a look.
