About Avid Storage - Pembroke Pines
Avid Storage in Pembroke Pines runs a self-storage and RV lot that reviewers rate 4.8 stars across 682 reviews. Most say the staff is accommodating, name-checking Jessy and AJ for going out of their way. The rental process is called efficient, and the place is clean. The facility is fenced with cameras, climate control, and 24/7 access. You can handle payments and rentals online or show up at the office. Contactless rentals exist if you want to skip the counter. There's drive-up storage and frequent sanitization. Not every review is glowing. One person found mold and no AC in a unit they booked online, and another had water damage. Others mention carts that are broken and wish gate hours were 24 hours. The manager, AJ, gets credit for helping elderly customers and solving problems on site. If you park a rig here, the on-site team is the strong point.
