About Barnett RV & Boat Storage

A small, family-run storage lot on the edge of Lutz, Barnett RV & Boat Storage keeps boats and RVs behind a gate with cameras on site. Reviewers describe it as a hidden gem kind of place, and one called it the cheapest storage they found with gated and video security. Employees get consistent credit for being friendly and easy to deal with. That friendliness comes up in small ways. One reviewer mentioned a broken branch hanging over their trailer, and it was gone by the next visit. Another told of an accident out front where the people working there handed out ice and called police. The owner's response in that same story got a mixed reaction, so read the reviews yourself. Communication is the weak spot. One person moving a boat said confusion between the owner and staff cost them time and left a customer embarrassed. Another reviewer complained about camera coverage in a newer, pricier lot and gates open from 6AM, and wasn't happy with the answer they got. Reviews are a mix, and worth reading before you commit.
