About Belmont Ave RV & Boat Storage
A gated, uncovered lot of about an acre sits in a quiet Fresno neighborhood down the street from Belmont Country Club. It takes RVs, boats, trailers, cars, vans, and motorcycles for monthly or long-term parking. The owner lives on site. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: safety and price. One boater called it a safe place to keep a boat in the off-season. A trailer owner said it was super safe and super convenient. Another wrote that the rate beat what other spots wanted. Several mention the owner by name and describe him as professional, communicative, and laid-back. It's a small operation with just seven Google reviews, and they average 5.0.
