About Big Red Barn Self Storage | Killeen
Big Red Barn is a family owned self storage outfit in Killeen that has served Central Texas since 1999. It handles self storage plus car, boat and RV parking. The 4.7-star rating across 255 Google reviews is the kind of number that makes you read the reviews. What people mention most is the staff. Reviewers name Dawn, Shelby, Stacy, Laci and Tyrell, and the theme is the same each time: questions answered, details explained, paperwork done before closing. One person reserved a unit after work and got set up in time. Others call the units clean and the rates affordable, and a few note military friendly treatment and discounts. Not every review glows. One 10x40 renter reported rat urine and feces and said the office handed over an insurance pamphlet instead of a fix. Worth knowing before you park anything valuable. The office is wheelchair accessible and the business is women-owned. Call ahead for hours and availability.
