Reviewers often mention how clean the property is and how easy it is to get in and out. The gate is open 24/7, and the grounds are well lit. Renters say the website is no-fuss and payments are easy. One person has stored there nearly a year with no bugs, no rodents, and no surprise price hikes. The staff gets mentioned too: knowledgeable, polite, and kind when you call.
