About Black Creek Warehouses
Black Creek Warehouses rents indoor units in a warehouse park on the north side of Tyler, close to the Smith County Jail. The listings cover RV storage, boat storage, travel trailers and general self storage, plus larger warehouse space. Units come with 14 foot roll up and man doors. Reviews split. Several tenants call it clean and well maintained and praise the staff, with Lexi and Deanna named for quick responses to problems. One long-term tenant says the landlord, Ken, is easy to work with. Others point to a change in ownership about six months back and describe trash around the property and empty trailers blocking units. Cameras are on site. It sits at the top of Tyler near law enforcement traffic, and one reviewer mentions that. Worth a drive through before you sign, especially if you want an indoor spot for a rig.
