About East Texas Storage Center
East Texas Storage Center is an independently owned and operated facility in Tyler. RV owners have covered and indoor options, with outside parking also on site. Reviewers mention easy access to the RV slots and a secure coded gate. A number of people say the staff is friendly and helpful, and one renter noted being set up with a folder listing the unit number, amount due and gate code. Not every review is glowing. One person who stored trucks there said items went missing, and another said a move-out refund came back smaller than expected because of contract fine print. Driving through the property confused at least one reviewer, who wanted clearer signs for unit numbers and arrows for getting out. Weigh those against the 4.5 rating across 33 reviews. The office can handle self storage and climate controlled units too, plus enclosed auto and boat storage, so it covers more than just the rig. Hours are posted, but the place is not open around the clock. Call ahead if you want to walk the lot before committing.

“Very nice and took my information and set it up in a folder which she wrote the unit number and amount due with the day it was due. And code I would use that I picked out.” – Darla S., 7 years ago, on Google
“My wife and I moved to back to East Texas and needed a storage unit on the fly. Shannan went above and beyond to help make sure all our needs were met.” – Jefferey P., 8 years ago, on Google
“Driving around in here is confusing but overall good place. To make it better in my opinion is to place signs to where the numbers of the units are.” – poordude2151, Edited 5 years ago, on Google
