You can get in and out 24/7, and reviewers often mention the secure entry and the cameras inside the climate units. People say good things about the staff, especially Chad, who is quick to respond and helpful during the renting process. One reviewer from out of town appreciated how he answered emails fast and made a stressful week easier. Another got a third unit on the fly when two weren't enough.
