About Caddo Mills Climate Storage
Caddo Mills Climate Storage sits on I-30 Frontage Road, a straight shot for folks coming from Greenville, Royse City, or Quinlan. If you're hauling a camper down from Allen or McKinney, it's about an hour out, but reviewers say the price made the drive worth it. One RVer parked a 20-footer here and liked having both locks and a covered space. The property is gated with 24/7 access and HD cameras. Reviewers keep mentioning how clean the grounds are, and they describe the staff as friendly and quick to help. When one customer needed a copy of their agreement and an address update, the office handled it and emailed everything over. Myranda gets named more than once for making the rental process simple. Besides covered RV and boat spots, there are climate-controlled and drive-up units, packing supplies, and dollies on site. Rates come up often in reviews, along with the security setup. It's a low-key operation that people seem to stick with.
