You can park under cover or out in the open, and there is container storage with parking too. The gate is open 24 hours a day, every day, and cameras watch the lot. Reviewers talk about the asphalt surface keeping dust and dirt down and say the spaces are generously sized. One person in a 38-foot travel trailer said backing in was easy, and another in a 40-foot space praised the security setup and the owner's quick replies. Not every review is warm.
