About Chateau Storage & Business Park

Chateau Storage & Business Park sits in Maple Valley and covers both sides of storage: regular units plus parking for RVs and boats. The RV spots are covered, and some come with electrical hook-ups. The gate is automated and you can rent online, so setup does not require a trip during office hours. Discounts are offered for military and senior customers. Google reviews land at 4.2 from five people, and the helpful staff comes up most often. One reviewer praised David by name for being responsive and professional, and another called the prices fair. Not everyone is happy, though. A former RV tenant said they followed the contract when ending their rental but were charged an extra month and found the owner hard to reach. Worth reading the termination terms closely before you sign.
