About City Closet Self Storage
City Closet Self Storage sits in Vauxhall, NJ, and offers climate-controlled units for personal items, business inventory, and vehicles including boats and RVs. The place has cameras and elevator access, plus dollies and carts to help with moving day. Reviews are mixed. Some customers praise the staff, with one calling it the best storage facility they've dealt with and another thanking Shakira for helping find the right unit. Cleanliness and location also come up positively. But others describe rude staff, phones going unanswered, and a flooded first floor after a 2021 storm that damaged belongings. One reviewer waited over a month for a refund, though it was eventually resolved. If you're storing an RV or boat, the climate control and vehicle-friendly setup might appeal. Just read through the reviews and see how the current management is doing before you commit.
