Columbia Association RV Storage

About Columbia Association RV Storage

This is the Columbia Association's lot on the north side of Columbia, and the rules reflect that. You need to be a Columbia resident to keep a rig here, and you renew your registration and residency information each year. One reviewer stored an RV for over 20 years, kept paying a non-resident fee after selling their house, and was then told to move out within 30 days. That's worth knowing before you sign anything. On the plus side, recent visitors describe the lot as double fenced with a security gate, cameras and lights, sitting on smooth level blacktop. One noted wider restriped spaces and more cameras added in a recent upgrade, and said the staff were easy to work with. It's a solid option if you live in Columbia and want to park a boat or RV close to home. Reviews are mixed, and a few are blunt. Two mention theft reports, and one says their trailer was damaged and the camera feeds weren't checked. There's no cleaning or clean-out area. The rating sits at 3.4 from five reviews.
