About Dixie Dez Properties. A parking & storage lot for your Semi, RV, Boat, or Trailer
Dixie Dez is a parking and storage lot off in Vero Beach that takes semis, RVs, boats and trailers. Reviewers keep coming back to the same two things: the yard stays clean and the owners are easy to deal with. One person needed a spot for their boat on short notice during a vacation week and had a contract in hand within a couple of days. The lot sits behind a wide entrance, so even a big rig pulls in without much fuss, and the crushed stone driveway makes getting to your spot simple. It's lit, has cameras, and you can get in any time, day or night. Several renters mention working on their unit right there in the yard. Security comes up a lot in the reviews. People describe it as the most secure yard in town and say they leave feeling their stuff is safe. Eight reviews, five stars across the board. If you want a spot, reach out to the owners directly.
