About East Hill Village Self Storage

East Hill Village Self Storage sits on SE 256th St in Kent's East Hill area, close to Highway 516 and SR-167, so it draws renters from Kent, Covington, Auburn and around the South Sound. The facility is fully fenced and gated, with 24/7 security cameras and a full-time on-site manager. Units are temperature-controlled and indoor, ranging from 5x10 to 10x18. If you end up upstairs, there's an elevator, and dollies and handcarts are on hand to make moving day easier. Reviews land around a few themes. People often mention how clean the place is and how quick it is to get in and out. Several also bring up security. One long-term renter said the location works well and they haven't had a break-in, though they mentioned occasional trouble with the keypad and people living in units. Another review describes an unpleasant first visit, and a renter who bought a padlock on site found it didn't fit the door and had to buy their own. Renting and setting up an account online went smoothly for at least one person. Access hours run 7 AM to 7 PM, and there's a 24 hour kiosk plus online bill pay. A free truck rental comes with move-in.
