About Empire Storage & Gated Parking LLC
Empire Storage & Gated Parking sits in Rochester and runs indoor storage along with gated parking for RVs, boats and trailers. The lot is gated with a keypad entrance and well lit, and reviewers describe the units as practically brand new. People who have rented here for a year or longer mention friendly staff by name and electronic payments that save them from mailing a check. One long-term tenant said the 10x20 rate was the best they found after calling around Monroe County. Not every review is glowing. One camper owner felt their business wasn't valued and moved to a competitor, and another caller thought the pricing was high and questioned the plate rule for parked cars. The rest of the feedback leans positive on cleanliness and safety.
