About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on East Highway 501 in Conway, and it handles more than household stuff. There is outdoor parking for RVs and boats, plus units if you need to tuck gear inside. Reviewers mention climate controlled units and a clean facility, and several call out the staff by name. One reviewer traveling the country in a motorhome toured the place before choosing it and said the process was quick and easy. Another came in near closing to grab a parking spot and left saying the agent answered every question without rushing. People also mention online rental and new locks. The reviews are not all glowing. One person was surprised when a promotional rate ended and their bill doubled, so ask about pricing terms before you sign. The rating sits at 4.9 from 408 reviews. If you have a rig to park, it is worth a look.
