About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in El Dorado Hills runs a clean, secure self storage property, and reviewers bring it up again and again. The lot is tidy, the grounds are well kept, and the site is gated. Small, medium, and large units cover most needs, and boat storage comes up in reviews too. People tend to remember the staff more than the gate code. Reviewers name James and Kiara for patience and clear answers, and one person describes showing up after losing a lock key and getting walked through a replacement. Several say their move-in and move-out went quickly, with the office saving them time along the way. Worth knowing before you sign: more than one reviewer flags rate increases during their rental, including a long-term tenant whose monthly rent more than doubled over 3.5 years. Ask how pricing works over the life of your lease, then reserve online, call, or stop by the office.
