About GoldKey Storage
GoldKey Storage sits about a mile from the EDH Town Center in El Dorado Hills. It's locally owned and family managed, and the operation covers more than self-storage: indoor and outdoor spots for RVs and cars, indoor boat storage, wine lockers, and a mail center that takes deliveries from USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you belong to a wine club, shipments can land at the mailbox and get moved down to the climate-controlled space below. Reviewers bring up the people here more than anything else. Several name Amber for stepping in on problems and answering questions, and one mentions Christina being around for years and still easy to work with. Others point to Mike, Christina and Taylor for how they handled a family's move out of a home. An RV owner who stored a rig for about 18 months said communication was excellent and the RV stayed safe. When the cover blew off, staff called or went and put it back. People also describe the facility as clean and secure, with carports near the doors and access hours one reviewer liked far better than a previous spot.
