About 1st Choice Stadium Storage
1st Choice Stadium Storage is a self-storage lot in Grapevine with drive-up and climate-controlled units, plus room for RVs and boats. The place is fully paved, which reviewers call out after moving from a dirt-and-gravel lot elsewhere. Cameras run around the clock and gate access is automated. The reviews keep coming back to Brian, the manager. People say he turned a wheelchair access problem into a flat unit without fuss, and that he split a hard-to-find 10 by 15 into two 10 by 10s at the same cost. Reviewers also mention locked-in rates for the first year and units that are spotless and quiet. Other notes from reviewers: courteous staff, a safe location, and electrical hookups. New customers get free use of a move-in truck as available. Online payments and packing supplies are on site. It sits near the stadium area, close enough for locals to check on a rig without a long drive.

“Brian the manager is the nicest guy ever. He made to Super easy to do the paperwork and get into my storage unit. The one the website rented me was on a slope and was to dangerous for me in my electric wheelchair as I'm paralyzed.” – William T., 4 months ago, on Google
“Very helpful!!! Couldn’t find a 10 by 15 unit anywhere, but they suggested 2 units of 10 by 10 next to each other. Cost was the same with their discount, but so much more space!” – Tara L., a year ago, on Google
“Great experience at 1st Choice Stadium Storage! We chose it because of it’s perfect location and proximity to where we live. But that’s not all! It’s spotless clean, completely paved, and Brian made the process so quick and easy.” – J M., 8 months ago, on Google
