About Public Storage
This is the Public Storage on S. Kimball Ave in Southlake, and it handles more than boxes. The listing covers RV, boat and car storage in covered, indoor and outdoor setups, with drive-up access and a gate that runs on a keypad around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up Amanda by name. People describe her as kind, patient and clear about the rental process, and several mention she made moving in feel easy. Quick setup and help finding the right unit come up too. The 4.8 rating across 433 reviews reflects that, though one long-time customer says upkeep slipped after the switch from Dragon Storage and mentions dirty floors and unanswered calls.
