About 1st Choice Storage - Waveland
1st Choice Storage sits on Highway 90 in Waveland, an easy stop for folks coming from Bay St. Louis, Diamondhead, or Pass Christian. They rent both climate-controlled and standard units, indoors and out, in a range of sizes. The grounds are lit and watched by DVR cameras, and renters get 24/7 access. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 131 of them, and the themes repeat: clean units, clean grounds, fair rates, and staff people describe as friendly and patient. One long-term renter mentioned seven years in a unit with no mold, moisture, or pest trouble. Another praised a worker named Sonya by name for making the whole thing easy. Not every review is glowing. One former renter said the climate control in their unit was not running and management pointed to the owner's thermostat setting. Another liked the price but wished for more outside lighting after dark. Worth reading the full reviews before you pick a unit type.
