About 3 Lakes Mini Storage
3 Lakes Mini Storage sits off Highway 12 in Burson, a family-owned spot that has rented units since 1996. The reviews split: some people call it clean, secure and affordable, and one reviewer liked knowing the money goes to a local business rather than a chain. Staff friendliness comes up more than once. One person moving from Sacramento said everyone there was friendly, and another wrote that an employee stayed late to get them into a unit the same day. Cameras are on site. Other reviews go the other way. One describes a rat problem and loose wiring in the office, and another complains about a unit being auctioned after a certified letter went to the wrong address. Fee complaints show up too. Call ahead about rates and current policies.
