About Secured Self Storage
Secured Self Storage in Valley Springs offers units from 5x5 up to 12x40, big enough for a boat, RV, or a whole house of belongings. The place has cameras and 24-hour access, which comes in handy if you work odd hours. Reviewers repeatedly mention the helpful staff, with several naming Deana, Joey, and Troy. Most reviews are positive. People say the facility is clean and well kept, the price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly. One reviewer appreciated being able to buy boxes for a move. Another said the maintenance guy works hard to keep things clean. Not every review is glowing. One longtime tenant complained about rats in their unit and said the back gate had been broken for a year. The owner responded, suggesting they check for food inside the unit. If you're considering storing here, it's worth asking about pest control and the gate status.
