About 4 Storage - Philadelphia
On Red Lion Road in Southeast Philadelphia, 4 Storage rents indoor and outdoor units, including drive-up and temperature-controlled options. Vehicle storage is available too, with room for a boat or an RV. The property sits around the corner from a police station, and cameras are part of the setup. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. People describe polite, kind managers, and one renter named Felicita as pleasant and thorough, walking them through the facility and their actual unit. The clean environment comes up often, along with the ramps and storage areas. Signing up online was quick for one person, and a customer service agent sorted out an access code issue the same night. Not every review is glowing. A couple of people mention rent increases, and one describes a unit sold at auction. Rated 4.8 from 170 Google reviews. The business identifies as veteran-owned and women-owned.
