About A-1 Self Storage
A-1 Self Storage sits in North Hollywood and rents month to month in a clean, well-lit building. Access runs on an electronic keypad, the lot is gated, and the place has extended hours plus online bill payment. A professional management staff is on site. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Carolina and Jose get named for being patient and informative, and one person said signing up took about 10 minutes with no hassle. Other reviews mention a clean building and feeling safe leaving their things there. Not every review is perfect: one tenant reported mice in a third-floor unit, and someone else wished weekend hours ran later. Reviews also touch on new units, spacious units, and rates that one reviewer called typical for the area. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
