About Public Storage
Public Storage in North Hollywood offers covered, indoor, and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and cars. The lot is gated and lit, with keypad and electronic gate access. You can rent online and skip the counter. Reviewers often mention staff by name. Marco gets praise for walking people through options and making same-day moves easy. Haden is called kind and detailed. The facility is described as clean, and people mention thorough explanations during the rental process. Not every review is positive. One person complained about a break-in and said they were not notified for months. Another mentioned elevators getting stuck and the office sometimes being empty. The climate control gets a nod, though. Hours are posted but it is not open 24/7. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
