About A Family Storage
A Family Storage runs 18 locations across Tucson and Green Valley, with units from small to warehouse size. Indoor storage comes up in what's listed, and the company also handles moving-related storage and packing supplies. Reviews land at 4.3 from about 105 people, and staff names come up often. Julio gets credit for walking a renter through the whole process. Linda and Jose are thanked for a courtesy call about a missed first payment. One reviewer stored a car twice for several months and called the service, price, and access excellent. Others mention clean buildings and driveways after six years of renting. Not every review is positive. One renter describes trouble canceling and a dispute over a lock cut fee. It's a self-storage operation rather than an RV-only lot, so ask which locations have room for a rig when you call.
