About Storage King USA
Storage King USA runs a self-storage lot on S. Palo Verde Rd in Tucson. It has been in business since 2003 and offers climate-controlled units plus a video recorded security system and alarm monitoring. Dollies and moving carts are on hand, and you can pay your bill online. Reviewers often bring up Jessica, the manager, by name. The words that come up are friendly and thorough, and several people say they feel their belongings are safe there. The site itself gets called clean more than once, and renters mention how easy it was to get access and drop things off. The renting process drew a few compliments too, including people who set everything up online and never walked in. Not every review is warm. Some long-term customers complain that rates went up repeatedly, in one case nearly doubling within two years, and call it a bait and switch. Another person had a rough time canceling a unit they had rented online. Read the recent reviews before you sign.
