One family used them three times over the years and called the facilities immaculate. Others describe the crew as warm, friendly and knowledgeable, and a couple of long-term tenants said they had no problems over many months or even two years. People mention the grounds are kept clean and well lit, with easy access and security that felt solid. A reviewer storing antiques while building a house was glad for the climate control.
